sualta.com is operated by Sualta Studio LLC. By browsing the site, creating an order, or contacting us for support, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site or place an order.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet that requirement and that the payment method you use is yours or that you are authorised to use it.

An order placed on the site is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received it; a contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, where we suspect fraud, or where an order looks like a reseller purchase. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

Order quantities may be limited during promotions.

Prices are shown in United States dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.

Multi-buy discounts are applied automatically to qualifying bags and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so explicitly. If you return part of a discounted order, the discount on the items you keep is recalculated at the rate that applies to them and the refund is adjusted accordingly.

If an item is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than honour the error.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on the carrier. Full detail is on our shipping page.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you gave us. If a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address may be reshipped at your cost.

Unworn items may be returned within 60 days of delivery, with tags attached and the hygiene liner intact. Because these are intimate apparel, items that have been worn or washed, or whose liner has been removed, cannot be accepted.

Our returns page sets out the full policy, including how to start a return and when refunds are issued. That page forms part of these terms.

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but garment measurements are subject to normal manufacturing tolerance, and colours vary between screens. A small variation between the photograph and the item you receive is not a defect.

Sizing guidance is guidance. Bodies differ, and no chart fits everyone perfectly — which is why the return policy exists.

Our garments are shaping apparel. They are not medical compression garments, and nothing on this site is medical advice or a claim to treat, diagnose or prevent any condition.

If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, or living with a circulatory, respiratory or digestive condition, speak to a clinician before wearing a compression garment. Stop wearing any garment that causes pain, numbness, skin irritation or breathing difficulty.

The site, its text, photography, design, layout, and the SUALTA name and marks are owned by Sualta Studio LLC or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or use our content or marks for commercial purposes without written permission.

If you send us a review, a photograph, or any other content, you confirm that it is yours to give and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with the business.

We may decline to publish, or may remove, content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unrelated to the product.

You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it by automated means, to resell our products as an unauthorised dealer, or to place orders using a payment method you are not entitled to use.

The site links to third-party services, including payment providers and social platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their terms, or their handling of your data. Your dealings with them are between you and them.

Except where the law says otherwise, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sualta Studio LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of the site or of any product bought through it.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sualta Studio LLC, its officers and its employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.

Before starting any formal proceeding, please write to care@sualta.com. Almost everything is faster to fix by email than by lawyer.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. These terms, together with our privacy policy, shipping policy and returns policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the site.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and the terms in force when you place an order are the terms that apply to that order.
